Join us for City Giving Day 2021

This month come and get involved in City Giving Day, the annual initiative in aid of the Lord Mayor's Appeal. Whether your passions lie in learning more about the incredible City of London, or you'd like to get to know more of your fellow Merchant Taylors, now is the time to get involved for a great cause. Tour de City: Wattbike Challenge

Calling all cyclists! It's time to get back in the saddle with your Active Challenge teammates to take part in a thrilling race which is all for a great cause. In teams of five, each of you will cycle for an eight minute slot for the wattbake challenge, battling against teams from across the City. 

Held at the Leadenhall Building, there are three sessions to choose between; the earliest at 11am and the latest a 1pm. Collective team fundraising for MTF is suggested, but there is no minimum target. The £50 registration fee will be covered by the Company. Places will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. A Guided City Walk

Take a tour of the City via the byways and hidden side streets of the Square Mile. Whether you fancy learning something new about the City, or would like to get outside for some fresh air and to stretch your legs over lunch, you'll be amazed at what you discover. Multiple sessions will run:

• 12-1pm
• 12.30-1.30pm
• 1-2pm

Treasure Hunt

In teams of six, you could go head to head in the name of finding treasure! Beginning at 4pm from Mansion House, teams will receive their first clue. Crack it together to continue the hunt. Lasting around 45 minutes, the treasure hunt doesn't require walking further than half a mile. The first team back wins. Registration for the Treasure Hunt is £10 per person to MTF.
